Fluente gives you a regular place to find your words out loud. With guidance, repetition and room to make mistakes, you practise turning familiar vocabulary into answers of your own.

And another chance to try.
Here’s how a lesson moves you forward.

Put new language into your own answers. Practise expressing a complete thought out loud.
Get guidance from your teacher. Correct mistakes and revisit the language until it feels more familiar.
Return to your learning book and audio between classes. Arrive ready to build on what you know.
YOUR JOURNEY TO FLUENCY
German for real conversations. Two ways to learn. See how fluente connects the dots.
2–3 years
Estimated time to fluencyListen, respond and repeat. Connect words through real conversation.
6–8 years
Estimated time to fluencyYou know the pieces. Putting them together in conversation can still feel hard.
Years of learning
Reaching B2–C1 in German means building a broad vocabulary and the confidence to use it. The 6–8-year school-based timeline is a general assumption used for this comparison. Some of our students have reached B2–C1 within two years, with two lessons a week and regular homework.
Your pace depends on your starting level, study time and practice. A one-month Sprint is one step in this journey.
SMALL GROUP. CLEAR STRUCTURE.
Meet the same group twice a week. Get to know the people you’re speaking with. Make progress together.
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes. Register and pay now. Your Sprint starts within the two calendar months following your registration month, once at least three students have registered. We will email the start date and course details after registration and payment. Maximum five per class. Your exact course dates are confirmed by email.
YOUR FIRST STEP IS A WRITTEN TEST
Answer 60 short questions. Start with your first name and email. Skip anything you don’t know.
Your score recommends one of five book-based groups, with language practice matched to your starting point.
Choose the available morning or evening class for your book. Any change to your group or time must first be discussed with and approved by a fluente administrator.
