If you are our customer, news subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the protection of personal data, the principles and rights you have in relation to the GDPR (Personal Data Protection Regulation).
Who we are

We determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and I will select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

We declare
We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:
we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent granted, we fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR before the processing of personal data begins, we will enable and support you in exercising and enforcing your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Scope of personal data and processing purposes
We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
➤ provision of services, performance of the contract
your personal data in the range: e-mail, we absolutely need to fulfill the contract (eg sending access to the application, sending an online course, etc., delivery of goods).
➤ bookkeeping
If you are a customer, we urgently need your personal data (invoicing data) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.
➤ marketing – sending newsletters
We use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open them for the purpose of direct marketing – sending business notifications. If you are our customer, we do so out of a legitimate interest, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 5 years.
If you are not our customer, we will send you a newsletter only with your consent, for a period of 5 years. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you send.
➤ advanced consent marketing
Only with your consent we can also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address e.g. Remarketing and targeting ads on Facebook, for 5 years. This can, of course, be revoked at any time via our contact details.
➤ photographic documentation, references, live events, workshops
We can only use your photos, references, feedback, etc. with your consent. Until you revoke the consent yourself.
We retain your personal data for the period of limitation, unless the law provides for a longer period for its retention or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

As you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site, and which site you come from. We perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of the website as our legitimate interest of the administrator, because we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services.
Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed with your consent.
Our website may also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.
Security and protection of personal data
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the state of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Our employees and co-workers have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we are unable to provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who know how to protect data even better than we do and specialize in the given processing. These are the following providers:
SmartSelling – application for communication, web and invoicing
SupportBox – application for e-mail communication and customer support
FAPI – a tool for creating invoices, orders and payments
Facebook – FB pixel and FB advertising
Google – Google Analytics Google Privacy Policy
Swiss/German/Austrian and Slovak Post Office
It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors, to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise you that in this case, when choosing, I will put on the processor at least the same requirements for security and quality of processing as for each other.
Data transfer outside the European Union
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide a degree of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.
Your rights regarding privacy

Thanks to the right of access, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 14 days what your personal data is being processed and why.
If something changes for you or any of your personal data is out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.
You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that you think we are processing illegally, but that you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing.
You can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, unsubscribing from the newsletter limits the purpose of processing for sending business announcements.)
Right of portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as you exercise the right of access – except that we provide you with the information in machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days here.
Right to delete (be forgotten)
Your next right is the right to delete (be forgotten). We don’t want to forget you, but if you want to, you have a right to. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right to delete.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and e.g. we must register the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by other law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.
Unsubscribe from newsletters and business announcements
We send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.
If you are not a customer yet, we will only send them to you with your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email you send.Silence
We would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. At the same time, this secrecy continues even after the end of our contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
